Crack & Defect Repair
All cracks, spalls, and surface defects are filled with flexible repair mortars to create a level, structurally sound base.
Epoxy Priming
A penetrating epoxy primer is applied to lock into the prepared concrete, eliminating outgassing and maximising adhesion.
Coating Application
100% solids epoxy base coat applied in your chosen colour or finish — solid, flake, or metallic — to your exact specification.
Topcoat & Seal
A UV-stable polyurethane or polyaspartic topcoat is applied for maximum hardness, chemical resistance, and gloss retention.

Polyaspartic coatings cure significantly faster (same-day return to service vs. 3–5 days for epoxy), are UV-stable so they won't yellow outdoors, and are more flexible. They're ideal for outdoor areas, patios, and garages exposed to sunlight.
Q.Can polyaspartic coatings be used outdoors?
Yes! Polyaspartic floor coatings are specifically designed for UV exposure. They won't fade, yellow, or peel when used on driveways, patios, pool surrounds, and other outdoor surfaces.
